Animals have always had a way of adapting to their enviroment to survive. They would adapt to new surroundings and the danger that came with it. Evolution/mutations happen over many generations. But when a bomb fell that all but whiped out the human race, mutations would happen overnight. Will the clock wind down for the human race or will these new powers help lead to our survival?
